Chiar Refund Policy

At Chiar, we aim to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for both barbers and barbershop owners. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, keeping in mind the dynamic nature of our services.

For Barbers (Buyers):

  • Refund Window: Barbers can request a full refund within the first 48 hours of the booking date.
  • Conditions for Refund:
    • A refund cannot be requested if the appointment or booked date is within 48 hours of the cancellation request.
    • Chiar's service fee of 12% is non-refundable.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed and transferred back to the user’s account or wallet within 5 business days.

For Barbershop Owners (Sellers/Vendors):

  • Cancellation of Listing: If barbershop owners wish to remove their listing and request a refund, they may do so.
  • Refund Details: Chiar will refund the barbershop owner the full payment minus a service fee of 8% for processing.
  • Refund Processing: The refund will be processed and credited to the vendor’s account as per the standard processing time.

General Terms:

  • Communication: Users must ensure that their cancellation and refund requests comply with the terms outlined in this policy.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of exceptional circumstances or disputes, Chiar reserves the right to consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
